Every effort has been made to secure the website with the latest technology. Advanced encryption is provided by Comodo. There are two certification seals located on every page of the site verifying that the site is secure, authentic, provides $100,000 in insurance protection for our customers, and confirms our systems are currently operating and up to date. Determine this for yourself; hover your mouse over either seal, located above the credit card logos in the left hand navigation bar or the bottom right corner of your desktop, and a Certificate will appear. Click on the seal and a window will open with the site information and verification date.
Our Server is scanned regularly by Control Scan, an industry monitoring firm, to verify it is secure, and meets the rigid PCI Security standards for the credit processing industry, that the website is authentic and secure for processing credit transactions, and our companies security practices conform to PCI exacting requirements. Although participation in PCI certification is not yet mandatory, we have taken this extra step to assure our customers they are receiving the maximum protection available. The two seals at the top of the left hand navigation bar, under our logo, confirm our information, and will also open a window with that confirmation information when clicked. Our Credit Processor, Authorize.net, also provides a seal, which will also verify our standing when clicked.
Our performance and integrity is further monitored by Rate Point, which verifies our company information, and provides our clients the opportunity to rate and review our services and performance with a third party. Simply click on the Rate Point logo, below the credit card seals, and read what others have said about us, or leave your own review.
We are pledged to protect any personal information you provide. See our Privacy Policy page, a link to which is located in the customer information section of the navigation bar. As a final security measure, our systems are set to delete your credit card information as the order is processed, so it is not stored on our servers, and cannot be accessed.

We have tried to organize the information on the website as intuitively as possible. The lower part of the home page displays our featured or sales items, with a thumbnail picture and brief description. Clicking on these items will take you to a detailed product page. The links in the Product Category section of the navigation bar will also take you to a page displaying all the products in each category. They can be sorted by price or manufacturer for comparison, and when clicked will take you to the product page.
On the product page you will find larger images, and tabs for related products, emailing a friend, or leaving a customer review. Additional information regarding our products or site can be accessed by clicking on the links in the navigation bar under customer information, Other site features include an internal search engine, my account, shopping cart, checkout, order history, and home page links, accessible from any page. Links are located in the heading banner. Becoming a site member is not mandatory, even when making a purchase, but if you chose to, will allow you greater access to some of these features.

Reliable Remedies.com is wholly owned and operated by Ian Design, Inc. It was founded with the intention of promoting breakthrough Products from the alternative healing and wellness arts treatment modalities and introducing them to a wider audience.
The value and efficacy of these products was brought to our attention by our founder and CEO, who, suffering from a partial heart blockage, began researching less evasive treatments for his condition. He feared conventional solutions entailed unacceptable levels of risk, and seemed to offer only short term benefits. He determined to find a method of eliminating the buildup in his arteries, the result of accumulated toxins and elevated levels of heavy metals.
He initiated our interest in alternative methods of detoxification. We took a pragmatic approach to the confusing claims touting a wide range of systems, each purporting to cleanse the body. We ultimately selected the ionic detoxification foot bath, as providing the most effective combination of convenience, safety and ease of use. Narrowing the field, we eliminated foreign imports, and concentrated on American manufacturers, selecting Body Balance Systems, Inc whose wide range of models coupled with their solid scientific backing and support produce quality, certified products, while simultaneously distinguishing themselves with long term customer support and warranty service.
Our parent company, Ian Design, Inc, is a sales and marketing organization, originally founded in 1987, which specializes in the identification and promotion of manufacturers and products demonstrating superior value and performance, and which evidence the potential for substantial and sustained growth within their respective Markets.
